Core Community - Summer 2022 Cohort - **IN-PERSON**

We are excited to announce the return of our in-person groups! The Core Community In-Person experience is our most powerful offering to date. Join our next cohort and dive into a 3-month transformational space alongside brothers who will have your back through thick and thin.

We gather IN-PERSON on a weekly basis together (taking every 4th week off) for a total of nine meetings together, along with an opening and closing ceremony.

We use a number of techniques such as breathwork, somatic experiencing, meditation, and communication to connect to our bodies, our community, and the rhythms of nature.

We explore topics together that build skills in communication, emotional intelligence, boundaries, connection, and self-confidence.

We create the space for all of our brothers to be deeply supported in their lives, and navigate the highs and lows with a bold sense of courage.
